Standard enforced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) online portal for tourist (C-3), business (C-4), student (D-2/D-4) and work (E-series) visas. The K-ETA portal accepts JPG up to 100 KB.
